Refund Policy

This policy covers refunds for the Retained on Record subscription. Client payments processed for a firm (for example through Stripe or LawPay) are not handled by the platform and are governed by that firm's policies.

Subscription charges

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance for each billing period.
  • Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods.
  • If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support so we can investigate.

Billing errors and disputes

If a charge looks incorrect, first review your subscription status in the Billing Portal from Billing. If the issue is still unclear, send a message to support with your firm name and the approximate charge date.
